Free Rental Evaluation

Monthly Accounting and Financial Services

Full accounting services are provided through CENTURY 21 ® Thompson Realty.

Security deposit and monthly rents are collected and deposited. Owner's funds are deposited on a monthly basis. Payment of strata fees, mortgage payments, utility payments, insurance payments are made on your behalf.

Accounting records of all income received, and expense disbursement is provided monthly and can be customized to suit your individual needs.
