Alex is an honest realtor and I trust his advice and guidance in all of my real estate transactions. He gives upfront information, without making me feel pressured which I appreciate.
My husband and I were relocating to Grand Cayman and reached out to a handful of realtors. Alex was the first one to respond to us. He got our business because of that. He has been great to work with, quick to answer our questions, and has gone beyond the call of duty to assist us in our purchase, renovation and relocation.
The real life of a realtor.
Years of experience have led to areas of expertise.
While as a CENTURY 21 agent I focus on all areas of real estate, including rentals and property management, there are areas that have naturally been more successful and that have been a springboard for my career.
Career &
experience
Every transaction is worthwhile and every closing gives a renewed sense of achievement. But there are some deals, for varied reasons, that have marked my career and that I will remember forever.
Canal Point:
record setting raw land purchase
USD $2M+
An overseas client who was relocating to Grand Cayman had a steep demand: find a large canal front property within the Seven Mile Beach corridor. At the time there were few lots available, and their preference was in Canal Point. I was able to find an off-market parcel, negotiate a price and commit the deal for a very happy buyer and happy seller. It was a record setting sales price.
Seaspray Residence:
matching buyers' needs in a time crunch
USD $2M+
My clients visited Grand Cayman on other business, and fell in love with its charm, safety, and beauty. They swiftly decided to relocate and needed to find a large permanent residence along with an investment property. I lined up showings at more than twenty properties, first personally vetted the locations, and narrowed it down to a few listings. We settled on what was the last showing – a property that was coming to the market but hadn’t hit the MLS yet. I was able to find this property, present the home, negotiate the offer and finalize the deal. My clients were in their new home, and had added an investment property to their portfolio, within one month of receiving instructions.

About me
I was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland before moving to Florida where I lived for eight years. After regular visits to Grand Cayman, I relocated in 2011. While my background was in construction and hospitality, I found that my skillset was fit for the Cayman real estate market and so, with great appreciation, I took the opportunity before me to grow and build a real estate career. In July 2011, I joined the CENTURY 21 Cayman team.
Over the years, I have built an extensive network who provide me with invaluable insight of the Cayman market; from regulations/requirements to new legislation, passed down from lawyers, valuators and those in financial institutions.
I take great pride in offering those who I get the opportunity to work with the best in service and cherish the relationships that have been built and that continue to grow throughout my career. If you would like to work with a knowledgable, eager, accessible and down to earth guy, then let's talk.
